Cumhuriyet Cultural Center and Marriage Hall – Maltepe / Istanbul

<p>Located within the Maltepe Cumhuriyet Park campus, the architectural design and implementation of the Cumhuriyet Cultural Center and Marriage Hall project were fully carried out by our team. Construction started in 2019 after the opening of the park, and the project was developed as a multifunctional cultural and event facility with approximately 2,000 m² of enclosed area.</p><p>The building includes the “Kuğu Gölü” ballroom and event hall, a henna ceremony hall, municipal marriage offices, and a conference and theatre hall operating under the name “Dragos Sahne.” The project was designed to accommodate weddings, civil ceremonies, henna nights, receptions, conferences and theatrical performances within a single integrated facility.</p><p>During the design phase, modern architectural lines were combined with a luxurious and elegant interior atmosphere suitable for wedding and ceremonial functions. High-ceilinged spaces, symmetrical layouts, natural stone finishes, decorative ceiling systems and custom lighting solutions were used to create a prestigious spatial character.</p><p>Throughout the construction phase, full coordination was provided between architectural works, interior applications, stage and hall installations, and mechanical and electrical disciplines. Detail design, on-site implementation and quality control processes were managed by our team.</p><p>As a result, a prestigious, high-quality cultural and event facility fully integrated with Maltepe Cumhuriyet Park was successfully completed, offering flexible and multifunctional use with a contemporary architectural identity.</p>
